2. Scope of Services

New in Switzerland provides personal administrative support and orientation for newcomers to Switzerland.

Expressly not included:

  • Legal advice
  • Visa consulting
  • Tax advice
  • Financial advice
  • Insurance advice

The service does not replace authorities, municipalities, or legal professionals.

3. Booking and Payment

  • Bookings are made online via swiss-welcome.com
  • Payment is due before the appointment
  • Payment options: bank transfer or PayPal
  • The booking is confirmed upon receipt of payment

4. Cancellation

  • Cancellation more than 24 hours before appointment: full refund
  • Cancellation less than 24 hours before appointment: no refund
  • Rescheduling: free of charge once

5. Confidentiality

All information shared during the service will be treated confidentially and not passed on to third parties.

6. Liability

New in Switzerland accepts no liability for decisions made on the basis of administrative orientation. Official information always lies with the competent authority.

7. Applicable Law

Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
